In this session 1, you
will watch 4 videos on YouTube. While watching the videos take notes of the
answers to the questions preceding the links to the video. You donot have to
submit the answers to the questions. The questions are provided only to help
you understand the video.

Video 3: Knowing technology or Knowing How to use
it
'This project was created to inspire teachers to use
technology in engaging ways to help students develop higher level thinking
skills. Equally important, it serves to motivate district level leaders to

is more important then, to know the technology only or how to make use of
the technology? Why?
Video 4: Top ten reasons to use technology in
education
In this video we learn why we need to
integrate technology in our education. Consider whether those reasons are
applicable to you as well! or can you add some more reasons?
Having observed all those three videos, it is time
for you now to post your responses on the session 3 discussion section.

Assignment 3.2
Having
learned from the videos above, we can see that nowadays the use of technology
seemed to be preferred by students for their daily learning activities. They
seem to be more familiar with screen than paper. Therefore, it is worth
considering that learning materials are provided throught the use of
technology. Materials can be provided in the form of text, audio, video,
animation and combination of those mentioned.
Below are
sample videos of how english are presented through the use of animation. The
animation can be a tool for teacher to introduce language or it can also be a
medium for students to practice using the tagert language.
So, in that way writing and speaking can be a more
interesting activity. So why not try to use animaker yourself. here is the link

Create a video animation. You can choose to create a recount video, description
video, or a procedure video.
